QUESTION: How does it work?

You choose a unique URL for your organization using one of Yellowfin’s seven registered domains (such as “2ways2give.com,” “2ways2renew.com” and “2ways2register.com”), and we create a custom website.

We assign an exclusive ID number to each of your members and print it on the reply device. Entering this number will bring a member to a personalized donation page, pre-populated with information that you provide such as their name, address, department or college, etc.
You log in to your custom “dashboard” to monitor results in real time!

QUESTION: Our members can already give online through our website. Why do we need to set up a separate site?

Each online transaction generated through the direct mail program is fully trackable to that program, giving you the ability to truly assess response to a mailing and accurately analyze the impact that a mailing has on online giving.

You can be much more involved in the response process, monitoring campaign results in real time and analyzing them by any of the fields that you provide to us in the data – age, geographical area, department, college and graduation date – you name it!

QUESTION: Is this an effective program?

Yes! As shown by recent campaigns for two Universities’ Annual Funds…

For the first University, 2ways2 gifts represented 10% of the campaign’s total response – and the average online gift was 32% higher than it was for donors who gave through the mail.

For the second, online gifts represented 15% of the total revenue, and 16% of all gifts.
